Motorola Spice Key XT317 is a dual input cell phone from Motorola, I mean, you can use the touchscreen and the qwerty keyboard as the input method. This smartphone using Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread) as the operating system and it support for dual SIM card online. It was made by Motorola for American market, this phone released on 2011, July.
